Senior management changes at Lightfoot
The new year brings big changes to Lightfoot, with Paul Hollick stepping into the role of Chief Executive Officer, having been Lightfoot’s Managing Director since 2022. With a vast amount of industry experience behind him, we’re excited to see Paul take the reins and lead Lightfoot forward as we gear up for European expansion.
Commenting on the change, Paul had this to say: “I am delighted to be made CEO at what is an immensely exciting time as we roll out ambitious plans to expand the Lightfoot business, and our innovative decarbonisation and safety proposition, internationally.

“Businesses across Europe take decarbonisation and safety very seriously and we know our innovative offering will provide fleet operators with the data and insight to build safer and more efficient vehicle operations.
“We have achieved so much as a business in the past few years and in my new role as CEO I look forward to creating even more success for Lightfoot.”
Lightfoot’s former CEO, Rupert Lyon Taylor, has moved into the role of Chief Customer Officer and will be working closely with many of our clients over the coming weeks and months to improve and develop the Lightfoot customer experience.
Rupert commented: “I have decided that now is the time to take a step back from the CEO role and am delighted that Paul will take on the new position.
“I am remaining part of Lightfoot’s executive team and am taking on a new role as Chief Customer Officer where I will be putting my efforts into looking after everyone who has put their faith in our product.
“Paul has been with us for three years and led the new business sales, product, marketing and growth teams as well as being part of the executive leadership. He knows our business very well, but he also knows the sector incredibly well through his role as Chair of the Association of Fleet Professionals, and extensive senior management roles at other businesses within the fleet sector.”
And lastly, Andrew Betteley has been permanently appointed as Lightfoot’s Chief Technology Officer, having filled the role on a temporary basis since the summer of last year.
